Capital Smart City Islamabad is a joint partnership between Future Holdings Developments and Habib Rafiq (Pvt). Habib Rafiq (Pvt) is a well-known name in the Pakistani real estate industry; they are the primary developer of Bahria and DHA in Islamabad. Their residential institutions have been created in Sargodha, Multan, and Sahiwal under the names Royal Orchard Sarghodha, Royal Orchard Multan, and Royal Orchard Sahiwal, respectively.

It combines the China Liaoning International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Corporation Ltd (CLIC) and Engineering Dimensions (PVT.) Limited.
